Hey,

I'm Bailey.

As a young child I always loved art. Any kind of art from coloring in color books to painting on canvas. I was always the child that was sure I colored the character exactly like it was in the movie or tv show. Of course I grew out of coloring eventually and I thought my artistic abilities were gone with age. As an 8th grader I got my first cellphone and really started taking photos at that time. I loved taking photos of anything I could find outside, from my horse to the old fallen down barn in the middle of nowhere, ND. For a few years during high school I set my passion for photography aside and started to enjoy doing makeup on myself and others. Although I still do makeup I was so happy when I finally bought a "real camera'' and decided to listen to my dad and many others and pursue photography more seriously.

I have always seen beauty where most would never even think to look. I would edit my photos using free photo editing apps on my cellphone and eventually my dad said, ''Wow Bailey, that's a really neat picture!" With feedback from my dad I learned to edit photos in many different styles according to what I wanted the picture to say to my audience. Sometimes dad would say, "Nah, I'm not big on the black and white style in this photo", but with time and a lot of hard work I learned that you can have the same photo in color and in black and white and although it is the same photo it can tell a different story by the style in which I enhance it. Things such as the grain, texture or clarity make any regular photo stand out but also have the ability to do the opposite and blend in or blur for a different affect.

I live on an Angus ranch outside of Montpelier, ND With my husband, my bonus daughter Bristol and our daughters Dawson(2.5) and Rory(3 Months.)

Living on a farm for most of my childhood and now into my adulthood I really enjoy ranch style photography. Western living is so amazing and capturing real life moments is something I am passionate about as well as educating others through my photography about the hard work that goes into the farming and ranching industries.

As trends are ever changing I have added so many different styles and techniques into my photography and editing. With a vision from clients I can create one of a kind photos that are sure to be beautiful now and for years to come despite the ever- changing styles.
